Harvey Dzodin
Chairman of the board
Harvey Dzodin was a legal adviser to U.S. President Jimmy Carter and a Vice President of the ABC Television Network. He is currently Senior Advisor to the China Silk Road Cities Alliance, a columnist for China Daily and guest Commentator on CCTV News. He graduated from Harvard Law School and the London School of Economics.

Gilbert Van Kerckhove
Director of the board
Gilbert Van Kerckhove, born in Belgium. He is the president of Beijing Global Strategy Consulting Co. Ltd., a management consulting that provides strategy guidance, investment and development advice to foreign and Chinese companies. From January 2002 to May 2009 Mr. Van Kerckhove was deeply involved in the preparation for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, directly assisting the Municipality in the tendering process and the city’s economic planning for which he received a number of the government’s highest awards. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to the Chinese economy, business environment and investment, the 2008 Olympics, and successful lobbying. In 2012 he published his book Toxic Capitalism, on environmental issues.

Lu Yonghua

Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary Yonghua Lu. He holds the record as the longest serving Chinese ambassador to Austria. Ambassdor Lu spent much of his career in Europe, earning a wealth of diplomatic experience in Germany. He is fluent in German.

Michael Graham

Mr Michael Graham is a former senior official of the EU. In the course of a long career with the EU institutions, he was Counsellor for Trade and Industry in Tokyo, Head of Mission in Belgrade before and after the NATO bombings, Head of Delegation (Ambassador) in Vilnius, Lithuania during the enlargement of the EU, and subsequently Head of the EU Diplomatic Inspection Service. He has a deep knowledge of EU affairs and politics, particularly in the sphere of international relations.
